Duxler Complete Auto Care's commitment to disability-awareness seems woven into every part of the business, from a manager who uses sign language in [one store] to the full-service fill-ups at the Wilmette location. That's a big plus for a person with a disability when it's time to fill the gas tank. Thanks Duxler for being welcoming, flexible and respectful of your customers with disabilities.

Beyond the Call Glenn and his staff are the best!!! Whether I come for gas (which means they pump the gas for me, clean my windows, give my dog a biscuit and me some candy), or have them repair my car, they always provide great service. And while I was waiting for my car one day, Glenn was organizing food that he was going to cook the next day for his staff. I found out that he cooks for his staff every Friday! Talk about someone who really knows how to treat people! What a winning combination: Treat your customers and your staff well. Many business owners could learn a lot by just stopping by for a tank of gas or an oil change. Thanks for the great service (much more than just with the cars!) you share with us.

Went here in a pinch after getting a flat on a construction site. Around 10 AM they were booked and told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I left my car here and walked down to Central to wait it out. As soon as I sat down, they called to tell me the tire couldn't be repaired. Gave permission to put two new tires on...45 minuntes later I walked back and my car was being brought down, and keys handed off. They were spot on with the wait and everyone there was extremely courteous and willing to answer my questions. I'm a clueless car person, so I appreciate the patience. Wasn't nearly as expensive as the AAA guy said it would be, plus free tire rotations, and a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was ok. Great experience with them. Would definitely go back (Though I hope I don't have to!).

Imagine going into a service station to fill up your car with gas. Just as you are about to get out of the car and start the process, you are greeted by someone who is there to help you. Suddenly there is another gentleman cleaning your windshield and soon they are checking the tire pressure as well. The gas is $.10 a gallon less than the stations down the street and, when you are done, the two offer a piece of candy, and thank you for coming. I felt like I was in another world and I know I have found someplace that will take care of my car as if it was their own. When I expressed surprise at the service, I was told they wanted economy prices for gas with full-service. They delivered beyond my expectations and I will go out of my way to support them. I hope you will too.

I stopped here to get some gas, and I was as happy as a clam when I left! I got out to pump - which, even though I've lived in California & Illinois the last 7 years, I still hate to do; I'm a native Oregonian, where self-serve is illegal. So when the guy said that they pumped the gas, that was great. The price wasn't any more expensive than I'd seen elsewhere - in fact, it was less expensive than a couple places. I don't get to Wilmette often but I'll be glad to stop here next time.
