Quick honest service.I've been coming to this location mainly for oil changes. Thought it had closed, but apparently just rebranded to Heart from Duxler. I always trusted the guys at Duxler, and everything basically the same now as Heart. I talked to the front desk about their intentions to expand nationally. They offer photos of all the inspections they do. They are clean, have a large waiting area, offer free loaners for service that would take a while. It's a good shop.

Couldn't be happier. We brought our care in for an oil change and possible windshield replacement. The service was incredible. I feel so confident when we pull out of HEART, and know we are in the best hands and safe to drive. Thank you for always looking out for us.

Great communication. So far so good but please stop removing other vendor stickers off my windshield. I have come in for oil changes on two different vehicles and have had my tire vendor's rotation sticker removed both times. Why would Heart feel that they can remove that sticker? Remove and replace the Heart oil change sticker, yes, but no one else's.

My air pump was replaced in February and in June the check engine light went on. I was upset and had originally posted a poir review. Immediately Danny Rosenbloom Director of Sales contacted me by phone eith great care and concern. He told me he would arrange for a loaner car and was extremely kind and sympathetic. I had to go in for another problem with brakes and rotors but they said airpump was faulty and still under warranty so it was replaced free of charge. The staff there was so amazingly helpful and accomodating with every single thing. I got all of that fixed then had to go back in for coils and struts. Then a small issue with the check engine light apparently due to gas cap but was easily rectified and reset. Danny was there that last time and was again such a genuine and kind individual as was the whole staff there at Duxler Northbrook. They remembered my sister's ailment/ illness and even asked how she was doing. I am extremely grateful after experiences with my last car at Midas and other repair shops. Great repair service and genuine customer service at Duxler Northbrook.

Duxler customer service in Northbrook along with Sales Director Danny Rosenbloom going out of his way to call me to address my concerns made me decide that this place deserves 5 stars. The care and service I have received for multiple recent repairs was just outstanding. Even a faulty air pump I had installed in February was completely replaced no charge with loaner cars always made available to me. Mechanics show me broken parts and fully explain problems and what needs to be done and why. The staff is so helpful, personable and accomodating. Personal touches of even remembering my sisters recent illness and asking how she was doing. Theres not enough places with such outstanding people and services. I will keep coming here as long as I am driving a vehicle!!
