On buying 4 new tires on my car, the electrical system started going haywire. ABS, Traction Control, and Hill Start Assist errors started coming up on the dashboard. I brought my car back into the shop, they replace the faulty sensor in the wheel well for a few hundred buck. Leaving the shop, my reverse camera and air conditioning stopped working.

As always, the service was excellent. Came in for an oil change, they inspect everything and give options. They always let me know what needs to be done urgently and what can wait for next time.

As always, I get amazing service here. Brian, Craig, Scott, and even the newer gentleman Ben are always helpful and polite. What I always love about coming here is that the people who work with you care about your safety and respect your budget. They'll be up front about top priority issues and what can wait. 1st time at Heart, and I experience good customer service. James thoroughly explained to me the necessary repairs, and I didn't feel pressured into to do more than what was necessary. Repairs were done same day which worked well for my schedule. I will be back when needed.
