Growing up in the business
Brian’s father brought him to work when he was only two years old, creating a playpen out of tires for him. He watched and learned from his father’s work ethic and passion to provide auto repair service to the community. He worked at his dad’s shop after school and during summers while growing up, then after college. Together, they expanded the business to three locations. It was this experience that led Brian to make it his mission to revolutionize the auto industry and put the focus back on caring for the customer.
Developing successful systems
At HEART, we’ve implemented systems that have been critical in building customer loyalty. We always take photos to show exactly what’s under the hood, so our customers understand any service recommendations. Through this process, we educate our customers about their cars; they are our partners, which is critical in building a long term relationship.
HEART stands for Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation. This acronym encompasses our mission, values and culture. Our name reflects who we are: a transparent, experienced auto shop at the HEART of the community with a sincere passion for our customers and our employees.
